Mental Preparation
NXT Rugby is defined by its success in producing material improvement in the players who attend camp. This can only be done by ensuring coaches have small groups upon whom to focus their attention to identify incremental improvements. Each player will receive individual guidance and coaching to take their game to the next level.
Fixed Player Limit: Teams can only carry a maximum number of players (e.g., 30 players per age group).
Promoting Fair Play: Ensuring equitable playing time and manageable coach-to-player ratios - 8:1
